It is an overwhelming experience, but she continuously made herself available to answer questions, share knowledge, and experience. Before I was ready to start my search she sat down with me and walked me through the steps I would need to take. She connected me with local programs and resources, which greatly helped me navigate the process as well as save money! I was looking at older homes, and Toni has a great eye for details (pointing out areas of concern or things I should pay attention to). Toni is a joy to work with! She's not only good at her job, but it's clear that she loves what she does. She's extremely knaowledgeable about the area and was able to appropriately price my home for a quick sale (I got an offer on the first day it was on the market!) and find me the perfect new home in the neighborhood I wanted. She was able to give me advice throughout each step of the selling and purchasing processes. She was responsive and always made time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Toni.

Toni was a TERRIBLE realtor. Not only was she the realtor for the seller but also the buyer. She was unable to properly represent me as a seller because her interests were for the buyer only. She gave personal details about the buyer to sway us emotionally in our negotiations and made us feel like everything she did was a "favor" that was a total inconvenience - at best. It was truly one of the worst realty experiences I have ever had and I have lived all over the country. Find yourself a better realtor.
