Before beginning her real estate career, Toni earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri and worked as a Registered Nurse and EMT. Throughout her healthcare career, she served in burn treatment centers, cardiac intensive care units, and surgical intensive care units at leading medical facilities, including the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Her background in healthcare helped develop the compassion, attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities that continue to benefit her real estate clients today.
Dedicated to lifelong learning and professional excellence, Toni has earned several of the real estate industry's most respected designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®). These advanced credentials allow her to provide specialized guidance to buyers, sellers, seniors, downsizing clients, and families navigating major life transitions.
As an SRES® designee, Toni is particularly passionate about helping older adults and their families make informed decisions regarding downsizing, relocating, transitioning to assisted living, and managing estate-related real estate needs. Her ability to guide clients through emotional and complex situations has made her a trusted resource for families throughout Western Kentucky.
Originally raised on a family farm in Southeast Missouri, Toni and her family have called Paducah home for more than 25 years. She is actively involved in the community and enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren, church activities, gardening, boating, fishing, RV travel, and everything Western Kentucky has to offer.
