Toni helped us buy our "lily pad" (her term, which we love) in West Haven CT. We connected with Toni remotely from our home in Sarasota FL and worked with her through email for a month before we could meet in person. Toni responded to our emails very quickly and was very knowledeable about condo communities in a geographical area (greator Hartford CT) that we didn't know much about. If she didn't know, she would find out quickly and get right back to us! We spent two days in mid-December visiting quite a few condos, but not finding just the right one. Upon our return to FL, we came across what my husband and I thought might be "the one." We couldn't fly up immediately but in the current "seller's market" with low inventory, we knew we had to move fast. We asked Toni to see if for us, and felt extremely confident that Toni knew what we were looking for and we could trust her to advise us on making an offer or not. I knew Toni from a prior working relationship so I knew what to expect in terms of work ethic, responsiveness, etc., but I didn't know about her Real Estate experience other than the many great reviews she had already received. Toni represented me as a seller and was quick to get started. She set realistic expectations and gave several suggestions to prepare the house for photos and listing. She also presented a pricing strategy that was unconventional to me (even in a seller's market) and I admit I struggled a bit a accepting it but we went ahead with it. Within two days of listing the house we had several offers, most in excess of the listing price. The final sale price exceeded the listing price by over $20k!! And she didn't even say "I told you so". I highly recommend Toni for your Real Estate transactions. She knows her stuff and is very quick to respond at any time. I can not say enough wonderful things about Toni. We worked with her to sell my father's house and again to purchase a condo. When selling the house Toni gave great advice on what we needed to do to maximize the sale profit and she was knowledgeable and understanding. With her advise we were able to sell the house in days. When buying the condo she was so patient and understanding. She worked really hard to meet the needs of both my dad and myself. I can't speak highly enough about Toni. She was not just a realtor, she became a trusted mentor, a great connector, and now, even after we found our dream home, she remains a dear friend.
