Outstanding Professionalism, Knowledge and Communication

Toni Patillo was an extraordinary real estate agents. As a probate case, her extensive knowledge and understanding in this specialized area guided us through this transition smoothly with the marketing/selling of 7 LA properties and 1 in PA. As for the one in PA, she assisted with interviewing potential agents since the properties were in CA probate. She provided us with a detailed overview of the market in LA, since we lived in another state. Ms Patillo always kept us advised on needed property improvements, negotiations and potential buyers. Ms. Patillo assisted us through all paperwork and communicated on our behalf. All in all, our case needed a fierce and beast of a real estate agent. My sincere appreciation to Ms. Patillo, as she went above and beyond any realtor I have ever known.
