Toni Osterhout is just an awesome gal. You forget she is a talented agent in the real estate market as her personality is super likeable. When I call her to see a property or ask her questions about my sale or whatever, she is always there to give me an answer or take some sort of action to my request. Toni will never discourage you or say no to you, even if she feels your request is not feasible. She will do everything in her power to help you or be there for you. That is what I love about her. Toni is a really wonderful individual you can count on and trust. A very important quality in this day and age with many years of experience.
