Toni is very knowledgable about what needs to be done & she helps you do it! If you need an inspection on something, she will tell you and she will recommend someone and if you like she will set up the appointments! Toni doesn't put any pressure on you, but if you ask she will tell you the pros & cons in each situation. I would highly recommend Toni!

As first time homebuyers we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. There’s a whole lot of good to say about Toni O and I do not say that lightly. Besides the fact that Toni actually cares about you as a client, she proves it every time by being there for you every step of the way. And, I mean every step. Toni gives so much of herself and her time that you will never feel confused or overwhelmed. At least that’s what she did for my husband and me. I wasn’t the easiest of clients, I’m sure.
