As a first time home buyer, we were not familiar with any terminology or process. We contacted Toni based on positive reviews from a colleague and couldn't have been more satisfied. While homebuying was more difficult than we'd imagined (Thanks to the insanely competitive/difficult market), Toni was patient and extremely helpful and incredibly flexible. Toni was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to me was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us and always had postive attitude even after seeing 30-35 houses. She ensured she was present for every inspection and provided valuable guidance.
