Move from Wisconsin to Florida

After 40+ years of living in Wisconsin, my husband and I decided to take a risk and move our family to the sunny state of Florida. We were leaving a home that we had built and absolutely loved and knew that finding something that compared would be extremely difficult. I am very high maintenance and know what I like, so I knew that whoever our realtor was, they would be in for quite the challenge. Toni exceeded our expectations exponentially! She was understanding and extremely patient as she knew this was a huge life decision for us. Never did we ever feel pressured or like that we needed to rush to put in an offer on a home. As a matter of fact it was Toni who would remind us not to jump if it didn’t feel right. Being out of state, we relied on her guidance and support with inspections, etc. She was very meticulous and detail oriented which was much appreciated since we were unavailable to attend. We honestly can’t say enough good and would highly recommend Toni to anyone in search of a realtor. We know we will be utilizing her expertise when we move again!
