Toni really spent time pricing my condo perfectly for the market, which was very important. She also did a fantastic job marketing the unit, such that the first day it was on the market, we had over 25 people/groups through the 2-hour open house, and a half-dozen showings already scheduled. I received an asking-price offer within 48 hours of it hitting the market. Toni walked me through the inspection and did a fantastic job negotiating with the buyers. She was wonderful to work with and made the entire process easy!
