Toni Guy exceeded our expectations in helping us purchase our new beach condo. She was extremely responsive, checking in with us almost daily, answering questions very quickly and always being pleasant and positive. Some issues arose twice on the seller's end that threw a monkey wrench into the works but Toni guided us through it all expertly & calmed our nerves. She went above and beyond even after the sale to provide us with a contractor's lockbox for carpet installation. Toni even surprised us with a gift for our new home. By far and away, Toni Guy is the best realtor I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend her.
