Talk about service over and above! When we listed our home with Toni, little did we know that a fast, easy sale would turn into a nightmare for everyone when Hurricane Harvey struck before closing. We had left the state, so it fell to Toni and her husband to board up the house before they were forced to evacuate. The resulting damage prolonged the transaction, but Toni's constant communication, expert counsel and skillful management resulted in quick repairs, peaceful re-negotiation, and a final closing only two weeks later than the original date.
