Toni worked with us to review and qualify homes up and down The western coast of Florida from the panhandle to Fort Myers. After many offers (20+) over a couple weeks we won a few. The first one a single home. Her contacts in SWFL helped us navigate a potentially bad situation. The second offer that we had accepted, Toni wrote on a Saturday morning, and we won by Saturday afternoon when the seller wanted to collect bids for another week. Her expertise kept us front and center against many all cash offers. Finally, we had issues with our preapprvoed bank providing financing, not because of credit but because of new condo laws. Toni went into overdrive and rounded up local lenders to fill the void. I would not consider Toni an extraordinary agent. I’d consider her an extraordinary friend who fights for you and happens to be the best agent in SWFL.
