We gave Toni a list of our must-haves and like to have as well as a budget. She found us multiple listings that could meet our desires and scheduled walkthroughs on the ones we liked. Hands down Toni is the best realtor! Toni knows the Potomac market and provided cost effective practical guidance on enhancements to help with the sale of my home. I will admit I didn’t think some enhancements were needed, but was happy I followed Toni’s advice to maximize the sales price of my home. In addition, Toni staged my home to perfection. Again, I was reluctant, move and remove furniture and other items I loved, but when I saw the finished product I understood Toni's vision. My home looked awesome!
