We gave Toni a list of our must-haves and like to have as well as a budget. She found us multiple listings that could meet our desires and scheduled walkthroughs on the ones we liked. While visiting the homes she provided valuable feedback based on what we saw. After visiting a few homes we found one we liked and she worked with us to put in a highly competitive offer. She maintained daily communication with us as well as the seller's agent. She guided us through the back and forth and encouraged us to hold our ground. Ultimately we got the house we wanted for slightly below the asking price. Toni was with us every step of the way. After going to settlement we had a rent-back period and she has continued to communicate with us through this period. Once the previous owners were out she came with us for the final walkthru and has been checking in daily since to make sure our move is going smoothly and to see if we need any assistance. Hands down Toni is the best realtor! Toni knows the Potomac market and provided cost effective practical guidance on enhancements to help with the sale of my home. I will admit I didn’t think some enhancements were needed, but was happy I followed Toni’s advice to maximize the sales price of my home. In addition, Toni staged my home to perfection. Again, I was reluctant, move and remove furniture and other items I loved, but when I saw the finished product I understood Toni's vision. My home looked awesome!
