Toni was on top of things and helped us get a good price for a run-down rental house. She went above and beyond to make herself available to me and my family during the sale of the house - met with my daughter who helped manage the repairs, met with the tenants and offered to help them find a suitable new home, and connected us to all the resources we needed to prepare the house for sale. As first time homebuyers we were overwhelmed going into the process. We were unsure of what we wanted and very unknowledgeable about all that entailed buying a home. Our experience with Toni was great. We were blessed to have her. She walked us thru the process of what she would be doing for us. She always asked us if we had any questions, and when we did she answered and explained every thing to us and then made sure she had answered us. We felt very comfortable working with Toni.
