Toni was assigned to use by our relocation company to assist us in selling our condo in Vinings. While we did not know what we would get with her, we soon understood that we got the BEST! She helped us develop an incredible strategy to sell our home properly during the peak of Covid. Specifically, she helped us plan and manage the painting, replacement of carpet and a deep deep cleaning necessary to make potential buyers feel comfortable and safe during showings. She accomplished all of this after we had already moved to FL which made our move much less stressful. This combined with her outstanding communication skills got us sold in a few short week.
