Toni Elliston

Toni kept me updated on all showings. She advertised very well and her communication skills were excellent. She walked ne through closing and explained anything I didn't understand. I've bought and sold many homes over the years and she was by far the most knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for your realtor.

From the very beginning to the very end, Toni was there. During this trying time as a seller, Toni listened to us and then provided feedback to help us make the right decision for us and our needs. If you are looking for an agent that listens to you, then Toni is your gal. I would highly recommend Toni whether you are buying or selling, she knows her stuff!

Toni was very responsive and supportive in navigating a tough piece of property to sell. Would use again!

It was not easy for Toni having to deal with three parties to get this house sold but I could not be happier. Now I can move on with my life. Thanks 🙏 Toni

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Toni! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to get our house sold and help us purchase our new dream home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient every step of the way. Whether it was answering late-night questions, navigating unexpected issues, or negotiating the best possible deal, Toni handled everything with professionalism and care. We always felt like a top priority, and their attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind. Selling and buying a home at the same time is no small feat, but she made it as smooth and stress-free as possible. We are so grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and heart Toni put into helping us through this huge life transition. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, knows the market inside and out, and will fight for your best interests, look no further. We would recommend Toni Elliston a hundred times over!

Toni really helped me with something I know nothing about, she made it easy and took all of my fear away. Anytime in the future I have to deal with anything real estate, I am for sure calling Toni Elliston! Thank you my friend! 😊
