I first became acquainted with Toni when I saw that virtually all of the quality homes in Del Mar were listed by her. There is a good reason for this; Toni is the most knowledgeable, ethical and hardest-working realtor in the area. She also gets the best results. I have used her on 5 separate transactions, buying and selling both homes and lots. She also has a great sense of humor and is someone with whom it is fun to work.
