When we started looking for a home, we had an unrealistically low budget, but Toni had the patience of a saint! Eventually with her help, we found and bought our dream house. Throughout the process, her responsiveness to texts/emails was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the local market, and her familiarity with other professionals in the area smoothed the way more than once. Highly recommended.
