TONDA WYSONG

Tonda recently helped us with the sale of a lot. We do not live in the area and so we relied heavily on Tonda's expertise and advice. She was excellent. She communicated often and let us know what was happened. When we had multiple offers she helped us determine which was best. Along the way she went above and beyond helping us get to closing.

Tonda helped us find our first home. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable, we as first time home buyers had several questions about everything. She stayed in constant contact with us, answering all our questions quickly and walking us through the process. We moved into our home and were very happy. Two years later our work took us away from Georgia, Tonda then helped us rent out our property. As a property manager Tonda shined again! She worked with us to prep the house for renters, communication was clear, renters throughly vetted, our property was well looked after and our renters were happy. A couple years later we chose to sell, we knew we had to ask Tonda to take us on again, and lucky for us she did. Tonda had our property on the market and sold (for asking price) in one week. Throughout every process (buying, renting, selling) Tonda was professional, responsive and kind, had clear communication, ensured everything was done correctly and overall took great care of us. She went above and beyond to make sure we got all we wanted in/from our home owning experience! We couldn’t recommend her enough.

Tonda assisted me significantly in 2015 when purchasing my very first house. Without her advice and local network, I would not have owned the house I had my eyes on. In late 2020 I accepted a job offer out of state and utilized Tonda as my selling agent with equal success. She went out of her way to work with me during my short suspense timeline and had my house under contract within two days. I would highly recommend Tonda to friends and family, and would absolutely have her be my agent again should I return to the CSRA.
