My home in Helena, Montana, was sold in November 2017 by a ReMax agent in Helena, Montana, who did an excellent job for me there. My plan was to move to Missoula and rent a unit until I could decide whether to buy a home in Missoula or in Florida, where I am from. My Helena agent referred me to Tonda Richards here in Missoula to assist me in finding a temporary rental unit. Tonda Richards was magnificent in helping me find the right rental here in Missoula. She immediately went into action and looked at rental units I was considering, before I was able to make the move here. In the meantime, I have decided to make a move back to Florida where I will permanently retire. I only wish I could take Tonda's expertise with me to Florida. She has remained in touch with me during my lease term here in Missoula, and would have been my realtor here had I stayed and bought a home here. Tonda is extremely professional and a super star in her profession.
