Tonda was wonderful to work with! She returned phone calls, emails & texts promptly. The first property we looked at did not meet our needs, Tonda worked on finding one that did. We are from out of town and had no knowledge of local companies, she gave several good recommendations for Inspectors and Property Management Companies. Tonda went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I look forward to working with Tonda in the future.
