Tommy, thank you so much. This has been our dream for the past two years. I didn’t want to paint and repair the the old house because of the drive back and forth each week, sometimes multiple times each week. After you showed me what we could get we decided to go with you. We made enough to pay off the new house plus 8K. I know you went out of your way to help us on the old house. The bathroom, the roof, the electrical panels and the roof inspection plus more.
