Tommy is a solid, down to earth, hard working gentleman who absolutely goes above and beyond to get his client exactly what they're looking for. He has a genuine care for his people and gives you a no BS picture of things. Definitely no shady or "only in it for the money" or other bad vibes here! I had the pleasure of working with him for the purchase of my first home, and I'll admit it took a lot longer than we both had planned to find exactly the right property for me within the budget I could afford. He stuck with me through it all and often guided me with grace and experience to make sure I had the best results possible. We drove all over multiple areas, and he showed me I don't even know how many different places, never complaining about meeting me at yet another one that didn't work for my requirements. :-) This wasn't because he didn't do his homework and send me quality listings, but rather because I was very picky about my requirements. Totally on me not him, just to be clear! We submitted offers on several homes that I ultimately didn't get due to being outbid or problems discovered on inspection, and I was frankly getting discouraged, but Tommy kept my eye on the prize and in the end helped me get my dream place. Tommy was great right from get go! He was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the buying process! He never made me feel like it was about the sale, never pushed me during the entire process! He worked with me to find a property, got us under contract, checked on escrow deposit, inspection, he worked to get closing set, repairs made, and it seems like other things as well.
