Tom is the Best!

Tom was referred to me by a good friend whom I trusted, so I knew he must be good. I contacted Tom, I told him of my situation involving a trust sale of the home. He immediately knew exactly how to help me. Tom devised a plan to not only help me with the trust situation, but to help me with the things I needed to get done before the house would be ready to be put up for sale. Tom took all of the pressure off of me by getting the right people to do the necessary work on the house, something that would have been a very hard task for me to get done alone. Tom’s knowledge of the current housing market, how to make a home ready for sale to get the best buyers, his great communication, and his nonstop hard work, did in fact get us the absolute best buyer. The way he got the house ready, we were able to get the exact target price Tom had set. He helped me with everything, every step of the way, and he truly made this difficult time much better than I could have ever imagined. I would not hesitate to use Tom again or to recommend him to everyone I know. He has a great heart, and I’ll never forget him for how he helped me, and what he did for me. Thank you Tom!!
