Tommy helped us buy a house that we were interested in buying. He showed us the house and pointed out the pros and cons of the house as well as the problems. We got the big problems fixed, but he told me how to fix smaller problems such as a wrong air filter size in the air conditioner. He told us what price he could probably get the house down to and he did it. Overall, I had a great experience with Tommy.
