The entire staff really works hard for their clients. We’ve used this agency for sale, purchases, and property rentals. They spend the time necessary to help their clients. We’ve always received sound advice that seems to be based on knowledge and experience. This is an intangible benefit that is not always easy to quantify and we appreciate their efforts.

It is good when buying/selling a home to have professional experts to guide. It is far better afterwards to discover that you have gained valuable new friendships. That is how my husband and I feel about Tommi Sue Homuth and her associates at Tracy Realty—they came through for us as reliable experts, but took care of us as valued friends. The house we were selling was small and needed work, but Tommi didn’t flinch. With a positive attitude, she pointed out and validated our home’s strong features, and not only gave great advice for improvements, but looked and listened before giving it! We picked her brain on many different aspects and options. Each time Tommi gave us thoughtful insight and knowledgeable input regarding the neighborhood, potential buyers, and profit margin vs. quick sale, consistently putting our best interests above possible commission. She answered additional questions over the telephone, and even stopped by more than once to evaluate and advise us on our progress. Meanwhile, looking for a new house was a bit awkward for me. I travel for work, and could only tour homes at odd times, but Tommi graciously flexed with my strange schedule. Even after my husband and I decided to build (which put our move on hold almost a year), Tommi still responded to far-spaced texts and phone calls, answering random questions and offering words of encouragement. We followed Tommi’s advice on our sale property and, when the time came, received two offers matching our asking price before the “For Sale” sign was planted! Tommi’s associate, Bob, made the paperwork smooth and easy. And Tommi’s husband, Tracy, assisted with the walk-through of our new home. My husband and I now live in a beautiful new home and enjoy cash in the bank from our previous sale. As we unpack boxes, we also unpack gratitude for the unexpected prize of finding highly competent, trustworthy agents—yet gracious and personable new friends—in Tommi Sue Homuth and her associates at Tracy Realty.
