Tomi Umphres

We just purchased our home in June of 2016. We reached out to Tomi directly asking that she show us a few homes that we had found by searching applicable listings on Zillow. I spoke with Tomi early in our search with some questions that we had regarding initiating the buying process since it had been 15+ years since either of us had purchased a home. We also used her referral to Sunstreet Mortgage Company to secure our financing through their brokerage. She guided us through the process step by step, answering any questions we had or finding out quickly if she didn't know the answer right away. She was a wonderful advocate and addressed our needs and suggested the approach we should take when we asked for guidance.
