I want to start off by saying finding Mesha was a God send someone made a post about looking for a home and I comment I'm just here for the comments and after seeing multiple people tag Tomesha Mazzie I reached out and within the first conversation I felt like I was talking to my sister/friend it was a comfort I hadn't felt before after being told no and to try back in 6 months so many times buying a home seemed so far instead of being within reach but after a few conversations with Mesha I knew my future home was a lot closer than I thought even during the times when I fell discouraged she never let that stop her from the ultimate goal which was to find me my FIRST FOREVER HOME and she did JUST that I really don't think she knows just how much she has impacted my life FOREVER and she will FOREVER have a friend in me but you know what stood out the most about Mesha she listened to me and not only did she listen to me she knew how it felt to be in this same position because she too was a first time home owner at one point but she never let me forget that she was on my side and willing to go to whatever extent to get me my forever home and on this day August 27th 2026 I am OFFICIALLY a first time home owner and I can't thank Mesha enough I will say this I was so impressed with how well she knew her craft that I wouldn't mind learning how to become a realtor like Mesha JOB WELL DONE AND THANK YOU AGAIN I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO THIS WITHOUT YOU

Mesha is the embodiment of POSITIVE ENERGY, has a fighting spirit and is VASTLY knowledgeable in her field. Any time there were doubts or feelings of despair, she let me know that its normal to go through the emotional roller coaster that is house hunting. She is prompt at getting back to you and can get you in touch with quality contacts for inspection and any necessary work the house may need. Her advice is invaluable, which made it easy to leave things in her hands. We had a scare at the very end of fully getting our home, regarding the title being cleared for transfer. Aside from the attorneys working to sort things out, Mesha went above and beyond to get in contact with the right people, making phone calls, emailing and driving to various locations, to make sure people are not ignoring the important correspondence needed to settle things once and for all…ALL hours of the day for 3 days straight. I am BEYOND thankful that we found her to be our agent. If she was not a realtor, she could definitely double as a counselor or psychologist. She deserves so much recognition for her work! As first time buyers, we really didn’t know where to start. Tomesha walked us through the process, gave us referrals for insurance and lenders, even got quotes for contractors once we signed on our home! She was there for us every step, making herself available via phone, text, or in person no matter the time or day. She worked with our lender to ensure all was as agreed. And when we finally closed, she was there to celebrate with us. She even surprised us with a slew of gifts at our new home! She was great and explained everything to us and let us know everything day by day or with giving us a heads up on stuff and what we need to get done I love the way she just tried to help her out and get everything moving quick and fast and showing us houses and explain it to about each and every house we looked at, and she did a great job of getting us into this nice new house and getting things done that we need done around the house.
