Not a single person was interested in the property ‼️ I was referred to Mrs. Tomeka on the promise that she was a “silent storm” and well connected. Within 3 days of our initial contact, she found a “ prospective buyer”. There were numerous obstacles on the journey to receiving a “clear to close”. Mrs. Tomeka remained vigilant , professional , shared her expertise, and was very supportive. I highly recommend Mrs. Tomeka if you are prepared to buy/ sell.
