Finding Tomas was truly a turning point for my husband and I. After months of searching for a home with another agent, we found Tomas online. We were so disappointed prior to him, thinking it would take another six months of searching, but that was not the case! Tomas listened to our needs and quickly began showing us homes, always working around our schedule. He responded asap always patient and re-assuring. We quickly found two homes and put in offer, got both accepted, set-up inspections, etc, in a week for the home we choose! We were blown away! As the process continued, the seller's agent turned out to be careless/unreliable so Tomas had to go above and beyond! The sellers agent failed to mentioned the house had tenants that were in eviction process, created errors etc, so Tomas being diligent and overall a great person, obviously sensed our anxiety, and re-assured us that he was on top of it. Not only did he find out (out of his own research) the eviction company, shared with us how the process of eviction works, found out the date for court hearing, but HE WENT TO THE HEARING! so that my husband and I knew exactly the outcome of the hearing and how that would affect us. Truly, we can't express how graceful, professional, honest and knowledgeable Tomas is. 5 stars is an understatement.
