I highly recommend Tomas! This was our first home buying experience and it was amazing to have someone so knowledgeable and helpful at our side! He quickly assessed what we were looking for and really helped us see pros and cons to what we "thought" we wanted vs. what it turned out would really be right for us. When it came time to put in an offer he knew exactly how to read the market and what to offer - he helped advise us on what to do and not do so that we would be appealing to the sellers! After we were under contract he was great with the inspection, helping advise on what would need fixing vs. what would just be a minor item. Right on up through closing he kept in touch with us and answered any questions that we thought of. We will use Tomas in the future for sure!
