I recently purchased my first home and Tomaj helped me with each step and detail (FYI I ask a lot of questions and analyze from many angles, so I need people, like Tomaj, who can give me a certain level of detail with integrity). When I started my search Tomaj listened to the details of what I envisioned as a dream space and with each listing he personally reviewed homes that could be a closer match for what I wanted in a home. Tomaj helped steer me in the direction of where I wanted to be and would be open about his opinions, while always asking my opinion first. When I needed to pause my search Tomaj respectfully and promptly helped me pause and when I wanted to resume he helped me re-orient my search, price range, process with securing loan first (note: Tomaj suggested this is required, not merely recommended and he was right). Tomaj was adaptable with requests for impromptu home viewing visits and helped facilitate documents so that I wanted to complete process and not put it off. Tomaj called and messaged with each aspect as he communicated with the seller, sellers agent, loan agents and more. I often thought Tomaj works all hours of the day and even with multiple clients I always felt he genuinely wanted to ensure each aspect was completed timely, accurately and efficiently. There are many details I still have not fully processed, but I have moved into my home and I'm very happy living here and being in this space. If you want someone patient, reliable, detail oriented and respectful, yet just the right amount of assertiveness to keep you calm and sane then I recommend working with Tomaj to look at homes and purchase a home if that is your desire.
