It’s very lucky that we met Tomaj as our agent! As first-time home buyers in this pandemic time, there are lots of uncertainties and we have lots of questions/situations need to consider. Tomaj is extremely helpful and patient in explaining all the contracts and concepts, providing suggestions and taking us to home tour. Whenever I need to go on a tour or have questions, Tomaj will always make himself available with no distractions (I rarely see him talking to other clients when he stays with us). When doing the tour, he would plan it very well and make sure we don’t waste our time on the road (there was a time that we finished 8 tour with half day, very efficient :)) and explain the pros and cons for each house we interested. It took us 6 months to finally close the deal as we have gone through several rare cases but Tomaj provided very critical recommendations and we successfully let seller accept our offer without bidding (there were other 5 or 6 buyers completing with us). Although it didn’t work out eventually due to some reasons on seller side, we were happy with the process. In the end, Tomaj helped us negotiate with the seller and we landed an agreement. We restarted the searching after that and have moved in our new home for about two months now, and we love it! I recently purchased my first home and Tomaj helped me with each step and detail (FYI I ask a lot of questions and analyze from many angles, so I need people, like Tomaj, who can give me a certain level of detail with integrity). When I started my search Tomaj listened to the details of what I envisioned as a dream space and with each listing he personally reviewed homes that could be a closer match for what I wanted in a home. Tomaj helped steer me in the direction of where I wanted to be and would be open about his opinions, while always asking my opinion first.
