For me there where some up and down‘a and he stuck with it and helped me through the process, got the best deal. Even helped with moving my belongings. I’d recommend Tom Turner if you’re thinking of selling or buying. He knows and understands the real estate business.
Our experience with Tom was not a great one. Unfortunately, our previous agent quit on us just before listing our house in order to pursue a new job. She referred us to Tom. From the beginning he was very lackadaisical. Definitely not a go getter. Early on after listing he presented us with a proposed offer that was not even legitimate. When we asked to counter, he couldn't because it wasn't legitimate, just the buying agent fishing for more money. That was the first offer that fell through. I ended up reaching out to his broker. Fortunately for me, we got an offer that same evening and worked out in the end. We truly felt that Tom just wanted the quickest resolution with the lest amount of effort on his part to collect his paycheck. We did not feel that he had our best interest in mind. If you just need Tom for his real estate license, then you'll be fine. But if you are looking for someone that is going to go above and beyond. I would go else where.
Tom is absolutely the best, he is knowledgeable about any questions we have. He goes way beyond anything we want. He is always the best at what he does. He always knows what we are looking for.
Tom and Lindsey are fantastic, very responsive and patient. I routinely ask Tom to email listings as I am always looking for a special property and I am a patient/needy buyer. Without delay he is always sending information to me at all hours of the weekend and showing me properties in a wide radius form town. I know I am a burden on his and Lindsey's time but you would never know it. My last purchase was of a cabin quite some distance form town, as you can imagine this is not the first cabin that was shown, I am happy we found the right one and they get some fruits from their time and gas spent showing properties over the last couple of years. Nothing transactional about my experience at all, I always recommend prospective clients to Tom and they have the same experience I do, THANK YOU!!!!

Worked with Tom Turner back in 2015, when we purchased our home. He was very helpful then & worked hard for us. In April of 2022, we contacted him to list our home through a relocation company. He showed up for the listing appointment, with only one piece of paper, 1 listing comp in our market area. He wanted us to list our home for only $650K, but after reviewing other homes on the market and a very detailed CMA provided by another agent showing SOLD homes, we decided to list at $689K. After 30 days, we decided to reduce the list price to sell quicker for the move, so reduced to $678K, only 1K less than the other agent was going to list at. We got an offer right away for $678K, which means we would have lost $28,000, if we would have listened to Tom and originally listed at the price he suggested for our current market. He is a nice person, but I would not use him again to sell nor will I refer him to anyone in the future.
Tom did an excellent job of getting our house sold quickly at the price we wanted! He was very strategic with his marketing and setting open houses for us - he goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service! Tom had great pictures done and uploaded so we were ready to get on the market right away. He also helped us negotiate the purchase of our new home. I highly recommend Tom and his team - they are the best!
