If you want a realtor with all of the skills above, Tom and Marissa Truong are the realtors for you. They knew the neighborhood and market very well. They took very good photos of our property, including video, and marketed our property on-line extremely well. Six hours after our house went on-line there were multiple requests to tour the house. Tom and Marissa are very responsive to texts, phone, and e-mail. They helped us decide on a price for our house, which was extremely important to be able to sell our quickly and for a price that beat my expectations.
