My sell/buy experience in the end worked out perfectly. I was so nervous about both deals growing through. Tom would calm my nerves and assure me everything was going to work out. He was so right. This is the second time I’ve worked with Tom. Likely not to need him in the future because he found our perfect home. I look forward to a long friendship.

Tom is very knowledgeable and professional. He definitely has a good feel for the market and knows his way around the area. He is efficient and will definitely help you through the process. At the time of this purchase, Tom had a trainee who was struggling to do their best, but did cause some uneasiness and unnecessary stress during the process. I'm more than sure, Tom has worked hard to bring this individual up to speed. That said, the overall process went well. Once we got over the hurdles, we did okay.

Tom and his team can't be beat! They worked with my family for 2 very long years until we found what we wanted on a very limited budget. We lived out of town, and Tom was always available to help whenever we contacted him. He routinely sent us new listings that were very valuable to us. He was great to work with every single time we came to town. He always took into account our special needs kiddo...not an easy task! His professionalism and communication skills are oustanding, and his patience with us exceeded even that. Even after the closing, he continued to help us with information that we needed.
