At the time of this purchase, Tom had a trainee who was struggling to do their best, but did cause some uneasiness and unnecessary stress during the process. I'm more than sure, Tom has worked hard to bring this individual up to speed. That said, the overall process went well. Once we got over the hurdles, we did okay.
