Tom / Sue Weidlich

My wife and I used Waterfront Realty Group, which is managed by Tom and Sue Weidlich to search for a home in the Naples, Florida. They were recommended by a friend who thought they would be exceptional and they met that expectation. We worked specifically with Tom. Tom was open and without bias and took us to every sort of property in the Naples area. He both showed us numerous places and was very specific in providing related details in terms of costs, fees and benefits of each property before we arrived at every place we visited. He was extremely organized and prompt. He often anticipated our needs and answered our questions, and amplified on materials, when we had questions. We eventually narrowed down our search to a few places that we were particularly interested in. Tom arranged for us to revisit all these places in a short order. He was extremely responsive to our needs. Ultimately, he was very helpful in creating a positive climate for our negotiations with the seller in conjunction with the agent of the seller of the home, that we most desired. The result was that my wife and I bought the beautiful home that we wanted in a lovely community. I could not give Tom anything, but the highest recommendation.

Tom and Sue very quickly understood what we were looking for and with their extensive knowledge of the various communities were able to advise us on which are would suit us best. We found a house in 8 days and they were able to get the deal done including working with the buyer and their agent to resolve the issues that we had through the inspection process
