We had lived in the same house for 29 years. Tom was very patient with us in our search for a new home and did a great job in marketing our old home. Tom laid out the process for us in what to expect and was proactive in helping us select a loan officer as well as a home inspector. Tom was responsive in communicating with the other realtors involved in the transaction as well as our own questions..

He had a great marketing strategy, kept us informed all the way and resulted in a good contract with a successful sale and closing.
