May I rate more than five stars? Tom listed and quickly sold my condominium. He is extremely detail oriented. Follow up and responses were always immediate. He extended a level of personal service that far exceeded expectations. It seems that it is his practice, whenever possible, to attend all showings for his listings. That is something I have never encountered and greatly appreciated. Prior to settlement, I moved out of the state. Tom handled everything in my absence very smoothly. A true professional!

We began working with Tom about four years ago when we had to find a new rental apartment in Center City. Tom's local knowledge was impeccable, and he worked to get to know us and our likes and dislikes. He found us a great bi-level three-bedroom apartment that had lots of character in a well-run condominium. Time came, however, that we needed to move again, but this time we wanted to purchase a condo. Finding a three-bedroom condo that was affordable presented Tom with a challenge, especially since we were under some time pressure to vacate our current residence as the lease was expiring. Our faith in Tom was well placed, since we are now happy owners of just what we wanted, including a balcony with views of South Philly and the dramatic Center City skyline. We could not be more pleased and would recommend Tom Smitley without reservation for his professionalism and close attention to our needs.
