Tom Saenz was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX. In 1985, he graduated from Carroll High School and went off to college where he graduated from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and from Sam Houston State University with a Master degree in Counseling with a special emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Tom Saenz received his real estate license in 2008 and has been working as a full-time Realtor® for the past 12 years in both Residential and Land sales. In addition to working as a Realtor®, he also has experience in property and project management. Tom is also a South Texas Cattle Rancher. He has been with Weichert, Realtors-The Place of Houses since January 2011.
Tom Saenz is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Corpus Christi Association of Realtors, and the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council(REBAC). He has an Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He is a graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) and has been an Accredited Buyers Representative(ABR®) since 2011. He is currently certified as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource(SFR®), Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
