My experience with Tom was fantastic. My fiance and I moved to Mooresville almost 2 years ago. We have been renting apartments for 5 years and finally we finally decided to purchase our first home. We went to a local real estate office to get started with our home buying process. From the very beginning Tom treated us like family. He was very flexible with our crazy work schedules and after working with him for nearly two years he never have up on us. He continuously followed up with us after follow up and sent us listing everytime a new house came on the market. As young professionals buying their first home we had a lot of questions and a lengthy list of things we wanted in our first home. Tom worked diligently to find us our perfect home and in the area we wanted to be in. Buying a little older home even though newly remodeled there were still some things we wanted to do around the house and Tom is so resourceful he will tell you that he has a guy for everything. It doesn't stop there after we closed on our home and got everything moved in we couldn't get our heater to turned on. So of course I text Tom because he has a guy for that and he rushed over to the house within an hour of me texting him and figured out how to turn the heat on! We are so very greatfull for him and everything that he has done for us. We would recommend Tom to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
