Tom helped us sell an inherited house which was way upside down through a short sale. He stayed positive through several rejected sales due to the bankruptcy of the lender and myriads of red tape with Fannie May. Most Realtors would have given up after the 4th sale was rejected by Fannie May, but not Tom. He saw it through to the fifth sale which was finally approved by the new lending facilitator and Fannie May. Needless to say he didn't make much on the sale either!!!
