My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tom for the better part of this year while looking for our first home. We both agreed that one of the characteristics that we appreciated most about him was his honesty and patience. We never once felt rushed, and he was immediate to point out anything concerning during a showing that we never would have noticed on our own. Tom always had our best interest in mind, and kept us positive (and laughing) even when the process felt overwhelming. Tom was my eyes and ears on the ground when I decided to relocate from NYC to Tampa. While I did my search from the Northeast Tom would go to different apartments and videotape the units and send them to me so it could feel as if I was actually there. He's tremendously helpful in answering any and all questions and was incredibly patient with me in my home search that took over a year.
