Tom helped with the selling of my Dads home. He didnt have to assist with listing cause house was sold to individual but he was a tremendous help in getting the contracts & everything set up with the title company to make the sale go smoothly. Tom is very polite and energetic. He was a pleasure ti work with. Would work with him again.

CHOOSE TOM!! Seriously. He's amazing. When making the most important purchase of your life, it's hard to trust a stranger, but Tom made me feel like a friend and his professionalism, knowledge, and negotiation skills won the day. This was my first home purchase and he patiently guided me through every single step. Tom answered last-minute questions at any hour of the day and he never missed my phone call. EVER! Most importantly--he never rushed me into a purchase and was always clear he would attend as many showings as needed to find our perfect home. His recommendations for pre-purchase and after-home purchase needs (from lenders to inspectors to pool maintenance people) have all turned out great. Tom's negotiation skills were completely on-point (and this is coming from a very picky lawyer). It was a very quick-close w/ multiple offers, but with his guidance, it was a success! I can't say enough how happy I've been with my experience with Tom as my realtor. He turned what could be an insanely stressful experience into one where my questions were always answered and I knew someone was working for me--and in my best interests--literally 24 hours a day. I would 100% recommend Tom to any friend, family, or stranger (and I have!)

Tom is the best. Always answers our calls and gets back to us with any questions ASAP. We had a very professional experience with him. He had our interests at highest priority.
