Working with Tom and his staff was an excellent experience.

Tom showed immediate interest in handling the sale of our home as we wished to downsize. He and his staff immediately met with us and reviewed the market and discussed pricing and timing of the sale. He and Paul Wahlia laid out a plan and we set the open house to be in about 5 weeks. They handled the preparation very smoothly and responsibly. They told us how to arrange the house and grounds, got a preliminary inspection and photographer. Upon completion of these projects, he suggested some modest repairs that made sense. The photography was excellent and showed the property to its best presentation. We were ready for the open house and received 3 offers within a week at prices over asking. Tom and his staff kept pushing the details to be completed and we finished escrow in the allotted time. We couldn't be more pleased.
