I have bought and sold 3 houses in last 12 years and they were best. They had really nice process. They got a professional photographer for photos, and put up pictures on the internet. They had internet appointment schedules, and made very easy for us to prepare for showing. They were very responsive and they took care in negotiating as if they were selling their own house. They also went above and beyond, and I felt really good that I had a team on my side.

Tom make the cut. After firing several agents over the the past few years I didn’t need to go that route with Tom. Why? Simple. He was willing to show me tons of houses and didn’t give up on me. He responded to my e mails and texts pretty quickly. He was not arrogant or out of touch. He got the job done and remained patient and understanding to my wants and needs.
