We were planning to buy a house for a while but did not know how to approach the market. It’s an emotional roller coaster, thus having a good realtor who can support you through the process is very important! Tom did a beautiful job finding our dream house and made it a pretty pleasant experience. He is dedicated to meeting your needs, has excellent communication skills, actually listens to you and works with you every step of the way to ensure your house hunting experience is effortless. I am a very meticulous person and I found Tom extraordinarily through in his job, which was quite appeasing. He went over all the details and specifications in the disclosures and gave us the pros and cons of each house in a very partial manner which I found incredibly refreshing. He was not just there to make a sale but to find us a home and I found that very valuable. I could just step back and trust that he is not only highly qualified but very committed to providing high quality services. Lastly, Tom works with a professional and capable team of financers and title companies, which he introduced us to and made it all so easy and we were able to find an affordable mortgage. The whole process from meeting Tom for the first time on May 1st to signing the escrow on June 14th, lasted less than two month if you can believe it! Buying a house does not need to be a hassle when you work with someone like Tom. I highly recommend his services.
