There were some glitches along the way. Some were unavoidable and some weren’t. The sale took longer than I expected and I was hoping for a slightly higher sale price, but in the end everything worked out and they made the closing very easy and quick. Tom was easy to work with.
We had worked with Tom Jones years prior but had to take our house off the market due to my mother becoming ill. When we were ready to put our house on the market again we called Tom. He is amazing and knew exactly what we were looking for. Even when we got discouraged he knew how to bring our spirits up. We were worried our house wouldn’t sell during the winter. We sold our house in less than a week. He gave us amazing advice to sell our house. We are so thankful to Tom!
