Tom is not your average real estate agent. He went above and beyond the expectations of any agent I've worked with in the past. He spent 4 hours clearing the entrance to our property just so he could get the optimal pictures for the listing. He is also extrememly familiar with the area and various types of properties and he knows a lot of people looking to buy property in the area. He listed our property for more than what I previously thought it would sell for and it sold in less than a day of being listed.
