Tom sold our house in a fairly difficult slowing market. We are older and were ready to downsize from a large 2-story house with a pool and big yard. While the house was pretty impressive, there is a limited pool of buyers above the 7 figure price point in Chico. We'd actually given up on selling after the listing ran out, and were comfortable with staying in the home since we didn't need to sell. Tom however, stuck with a potential buyer for nearly 2 years, and ultimately we closed a deal where everyone was happy. Worked out well for us and the young family who bought the house. Tom's perseverance was what made the deal happen. I would recommend considering him with listing your home.
